CalChiefs Annual Planning Meeting

This year the CFCA Executive Board will be conducting its annual planning meeting on December 5th and 6th in Santa Rosa, CA. The focus of this meeting will be the following:

Advance Approved Changes in Bylaws for Reorganization:
We will concentrate on pushing forward the changes that have been approved in our organization's bylaws. These changes are strategic and intended to reshape and enhance our structure.

Improve Communication with Sections:
A significant part of our focus will be on enhancing communication with our various sections. This involves refining and strengthening the ways in which information flows within our organization to promote better collaboration and understanding.

Implement Methodology for Membership Tracking:
We will aim to establish a systematic methodology for tracking membership seamlessly from individual sections to the overarching body. This strategic approach is designed to provide us with a holistic view of our membership distribution and engagement.

Determine Business Management for Requesting Sections:
For those sections that have requested CFCA to handle the operational aspects of their organization, including membership management, financial matters, and administrative items, we will determine the most effective and tailored approach. This involves ensuring that each section's unique needs are met while streamlining and optimizing these processes.
