Request to Attend this Exclusive Event
Free for Fire Agencies: There is no cost for fire agency participation; however, space is limited, so all attendees must submit a request to participate.
Vendor Participation: Only official sponsors and exhibitors
may attend as vendors.
Registration Process: All participants—fire agencies and vendors alike—must submit a request. Our event committee will review all submissions. Your request will be auto-approved if registering with
an agency email. All other applicants will be notified if their application was not accepted. Only confirmed participants may attend the summit.
Deadline: Requests must be submitted by January 27, 2026.
Early submission is encouraged. Waitlist: This is event is capped at 300 attendees. If registration reaches capacity before January 27, a waitlist will be added.

Meals
The two evening socials will have light hors d'oeuvres, and a continental (fruit and pastries) breakfast and coffee will be served both mornings.
