This bundle includes:
• 15-minute speaking opportunity (content subject to organizers prior written approval).
Customer examples encouraged.
• Guaranteed event entrance for up to three (3) approved registrants (attendance for this event
is capped). Additional passes for $250 each (limit 2).
• Opportunity to provide a promotional item or one (1) piece of literature for distribution to all
attendees (subject to organizers approval; must arrive to Esri no later than January 12th;
shipping is the responsibility of the sponsor; estimated qty. 250).
• One exhibit space including one 5' table, two chairs, 5 amps electricity, and access to shared
Wi-Fi (Note: only one pull-up graphic no wider than 3’ will be allowed behind the table; all
shipping costs are the responsibility of the sponsor or exhibitor).
• PowerPoint slide (1) for promotional advertising during event breaks (16:9) format; content
subject to organizers approval; must arrive to Esri no later than January 12th).
