About the Retreat Join members of the CalChiefs Communication, Technology & Connectivity (CTC) Section and invited guests for a focused, two-day working retreat dedicated to advancing communication, technology, and connectivity solutions for the California Fire Service. Retreat Objective Develop a strategic plan to identify and evaluate emerging products and services that support operational readiness across communication, technology, and connectivity. Who Should Attend CTC Section members and invited vendors/participants. Vendor Participation & Sponsorships Sponsorships support food and room rental costs and help build future CTC revenue for upcoming projects and member support. Each sponsorship includes recognition and dedicated speaking time. Available Sponsorships Gold Sponsorship $5,000 (2) – 30-minute presentation during a lunch Silver Sponsorship $3,000 (2) – 15-minute presentation during a breakfast Bronze Sponsorship $2,000 (2) – 5-minute speaking opportunity during a coffee break Sponsorship pricing may be adjusted as needed.
