Request to Attend this Exclusive Event

Free for Fire Agencies: There is no cost for fire agency participation; however, space is limited, so all attendees must submit a request to participate.

Vendor Participation: Only official sponsors and exhibitors may attend as vendors.

Registration Process: All participants—fire agencies and vendors alike—must submit a request. Our event committee will review all submissions. Your request will be auto-approved if registering with an agency email. All other applicants will be notified if their application was not accepted. Only confirmed participants may attend the summit.

Deadline: Requests must be submitted by January 27, 2026. Early submission is encouraged.
