Fire Based EMS Fee's/Cost Recovery Survey and IAFC Webinar

Curious what others charge for APOD or Lift Assist fees, subscription fees, BLS/ALS transports, and other Cost Recovery programs? Does your department have medics pulled onto private ambulance transports? Is your agency adequately reimbursed for supplies used on private ambulance transports?
