Statewide PSAP Hiring, Staffing, Recruiting, Retention, and Training Study Survey Links

The CA 9-1-1 Branch has contracted with 911 Authority, LLC, with the assistance of Dr Michelle Lilly to conduct a statewide study on hiring, retention, staffing, and training to support the California PSAPs. Additionally, this study will provide the CA 9-1-1 Branch valuable information to determine how the CA 9-1-1 Branch may be able to assist the PSAPs in the future with these complex issues.

They have developed two surveys; one for PSAP management and the second is an anonymous survey for dispatch staff.   The CA 9-1-1 Branch is requesting assistance in distributing the dispatcher survey. Please forward to your PSAP staff for the survey to be completed. The CA 9-1-1 Branch is also requesting the PSAP survey be forwarded to PSAP management to be completed separately.

Your help in completing these surveys is greatly appreciated. The deadline for both surveys is October 29th, 2023.
