Chief Ronny J. Coleman, State Fire Marshal, (Ret.), Southern California Celebration of Life

Please join Marie Coleman and the Coleman Family along with the California Fire Chiefs Association, The Orange County Fire Authority and The California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection to honor the amazing career of Fire Chief Ronny Jack Coleman.

Chief Coleman has spent the preponderance of his time working as a Fire Chief in California, He has worked for the U.S. Forest Service, U.S. Park Service, The City of San Clemente, City of Fullerton, served as the California State Fire Marshal and filled a variety of interim Fire Chief roles throughout the State.  His service to the American Fire Service is impressive including serving as the International Fire Chief Associations President. Chief Coleman has devoted more than 60 years of his life to the Fire Service and has played a special role with the California Fire Chiefs Association and its Sections. The California Fire Chiefs Association named their annual Fire Chief of the Year Award after Chief Coleman in 2000 and this year Chief Coleman will be admitted into the inaugural class of the California Fire Chiefs Hall of Fame.
